This is a template created for the internal purposes of the FLO team. However, since case studies can be tricky, we decided there was no need to keep our formula secret.

The content below is an "ideal structure" with all the elements we can use. Of course, you can eliminate some of them (marked "optional") or repeat some—every story has different aspects, and we know the best approach is to go case by case with this type of content.

Overview

A brief introduction including the client's background and the project's objectives. What was the initial situation? What was our assignment? The introduction to the story of some struggle they had to overcome together with us catches the reader's attention in a few sentences.
