FLO Consulting Group has strengthened its leadership team with experts from Deloitte, Rohlík, STRV, and Nano Energies
Pavel Špryňar, with nearly twelve years at Deloitte, including his recent role as director of Deloitte Digital, has been appointed the first Chief Strategy Officer at FLO. He comments, 'At FLO, we possess a profound understanding of modern technologies and hold specialised industry expertise. We aim to leverage our experienced team and positive culture to become a preferred partner for companies navigating growth and digital transformation challenges. We are committed to innovation consulting and incorporating AI to enhance customer experience and organisational efficiency.' In his new role, Špryňar will set the strategic course for the group, focusing on future acquisitions and the delivery of digital services to key customers across the EMEA region. He will also oversee the consulting team.
As the year began, Michal Girgle assumed the role of Data Consulting Director at FLO, where, alongside Jaromír Barták, he now leads the data team and develops new data services. Previously, Girgle managed the development of retail media and data services for the Rohlík Group, serving partners across five countries over the past two years. Before this, he spent three and a half years as Chief Data Officer at Moneta Money Bank and over nine years at O2.
Jaroslav Lehoucka has joined FLO as the new CFO, bringing eight years of comprehensive experience from STRV – a technology company he helped expand into foreign markets, particularly the USA, where it now serves most customers. Lehoučka's role in managing both finances and company-wide operations at STRV has equipped him with key global business development skills essential for FLO group’s future growth. He shares, 'Previously, I was part of a dynamic team that built a respected technology company in the United States, starting from the Czech Republic. I am now eager to guide the FLO group through similar international expansions. This opportunity allows me to apply my knowledge and experience to a more ambitious and varied set of challenges in foreign markets, which we at FLO are poised to tackle in the coming years.'
The changes also include Adam Rek, who has taken on the role of Head of Marketing at FLO and oversees communications. Over the past three years, he has managed communications for the Nano Energies group across Central and Eastern Europe. Before that, he spent nearly six years as part of Jakub Havrlant's core team at the Rockaway investment group.
'Over the past two years, FLO has established four robust competencies—brand, commerce, data, and customer experience—regarding team quality, business stability, and reputation. We are now enhancing our strategic consulting team, which marks our fifth business vertical. This team will play a crucial role in integrating our services into cohesive products and offerings,' explains Andrej Hajek, CEO of the FLO Group. 'Our goal is to become a global digital consulting firm. Adding Pavel, Michal, Jarda, and Adam to our leadership team will greatly accelerate this mission. We are expanding our project portfolio and strategic partnerships across Europe and Australia and are considering further expansions, for example, into the United States. Additionally, we are planning strategic acquisitions and investments, particularly in AI.'
